Terms Of Service

Please carefully read the information stated below before commissioning me, as it is mandatory to be aware of.

⬖ I take a PayPal fee.

⬩ The reason why I take this small fee is because PayPal itself takes money from the received payments. To ensure that I get the sum I have asked for in my 'Prices' section, my fee is 3.4% + $0.45/ €0.32. (Domestic Fee Rate).

⬖ The completion of a drawing may take from a few days to three months.

⬩ I do not like to rush with my commission pieces as I want both me and my client to be happy with the final product. Factors from my day-to-day life can affect this, such as college, zine work, housework, etc.
In addition to this, I may have other clients as well, so I will try my best to give you an estimate of when I will start on your piece and when I will be able to finish it. (If you need it by a specific due date for a particular reason, we can discuss to make your commission a priority.)

⬖ I only work with PayPal.

⬩ My prices are both in USD and EUR, but if you need help with price conversions, fee calculations, etc. I will always be at your service with a transparent process.

⬖ What is my commission process?

⬩ Reach to me via Instagram, Twitter, Discord or e-mail and let me know the request you'd like for me to draw. We will then after see the viable options with prices and I will make a final calculation for you.
If all things go well, I will return to you with a check-in (the sketch) and you will pay me the money, in order to ensure that I am not scamming you.

⬖ Why am I not answering DMs more often?

⬩ I like to stay on topic when it comes to commissions. Please do not ask me overly often about the stage of your commission, it has a tendency to make me anxious and, if anything, it disturbs me and slows me down from working on any work whatsoever.

⬩ If, for whatever reason, I cannot complete your commission, you will be notified and all of your money will be refunded (except the PayPal fee).

⬖ Refunds are not eligible if you are unhappy with the final product.

⬩ I offer my clients free check-ins for all of the stages of my works (sketching, lineart, flat colors, shading, backgrounds, etc.) with the ability for them to modify anything as they please. If you return after the commission is completed and ask for a refund, you will not receive one.

⬖ You are free to do anything you wish with your commission (unless it is commercial).

⬩ Although giving me credit and posting online the commission with my watermark is appreciated, it is not mandatory.

⬩ Do not redistribute your commission for profit. I do not allow my commission works to be commercialized unless we discuss it as such. (This includes a commercial commission fee. Exclusion from this are OCs that are later sold.)

⬩ If I wish to post your commission on my social platforms, I will ask for your permission.

⬩ Sketch - This process finalizes with a sketch drawn with a pencil brush. Does not include colours or shading whatsoever.
⬩ Colored Sketch - This process adds a layer of base colours to the sketch drawn with a pencil brush. Does not include shading.
⬩ Lineart & Base shadows - This process finalizes with a linearted drawing, along with base colours and a single layer of shadows. Does not include coloured lineart.
⬩ Detailed shading - This process finalizes with a coloured lineart piece, along with base colours and detailed shading. (options: block shading OR blended shading)

⬩ For MEME REDRAWS the same prices will apply as if it were a normal commission, the only difference being that the price will be %15 off.

⬩ Lineless icons - This process finalizes with a lineart-less piece, along with base colours and detailed shading. (options: block shading OR blended shading)
⬩ Comics - This process finalizes with a linearted drawing, along with base colours and a single layer of shadows. Includes coloured lineart.
⬩ Chibis - This process finalizes with a coloured lineart piece, along with base colours and detailed shading. (options: block shading OR blended shading)

⬩ Coloured lineart (where it isn't included) - +$2/€1.50

⬩ Simple backgrounds (flat color/ gradient/ polka dots/ Japanese patterns/ etc.) - FREE

⬩ More characters - 2/3 of the price of the first character ( + 0.66% x First Character = Second Character)

⬩ Detailed backgrounds (depending on complexity) ~ $10/€8.50 - $35/€29

It will be automatically assumed that, once you have contacted me for commission inquiries, you have taken into account all of the information stated above.
